Update Tiems!
Howdy howdy party people.
I figured it was time for an update having been a whole month since my last one, and so here it is!
So, I went to see Iron Man last night, aaaand... Woo! Indeed, it was a great film, thoroughly enjoyed to the MAX. The new Batman film is going to have to try /real hard/ to beat this. Have a spankin' sweet picture of it:

As with almost every other superhero movie I've seen (Superman never seems to cut the mustard here), I left wanting to be them. Though I guess it's a no-brainer with Iron Man, since he's a flashy bastard with nice cars that gets all the wimminz, he's got computers that would make any geek wet their pants, and a fire extinguisher on a stick. What more could you ask for? (Oh, and he's obviously got the suit)
I can't build my own suit yet, not until I've got lots of monies, so I did the next best thing and went on City of Heroes and made an updated version of Turf's outfit. I don't know why he'd be running around in a cloth top for so long. He got it the wrong way round and protected himself from head shots only.
Oh! That reminds me actually, I got a sketch of Turf done by Andrew Wildman, adding to my already growing collection of sketches. (I got 2 of Geoffrey, too).
Here they are so far:
They've just started a digital colouring service, which I hope will be available when they next go to Memorabilia in November. (The Bristol event is just too far away for me to go to).
Anyway, enough comic and geekery for a moment. I'm planning on going to Macedonia this June to meet Beast. Will be neat to share a few drinks with him and basically have a nice break from work and everything. I've not had a holiday in about 10 years so I'm really looking forward to it.
I also wanted to talk about quite a bit about OCD, but instead I shall just rant at the lack of books about it in general. There are heaps for 'getting over it' and 'overcoming it', there's even a "Cognitive Behaviour for Dummies" book. Which is great, if you actually want to get over it. Personally I enjoy my OCD traits, I wouldn't be as half interested in being who I am if I didn't balance things out or repeating things 4 times. So *moan*.
I also found an article the other night that implies that I'm "Wired up a bit funky" because I sneeze when I am subject to a change in temperature, (In a similar way to how some people sneeze when a bright light gets shone in their eyes). Unfortunately, I can't find it, so perhaps it's one for next time.
that is all
